BURDUF CHALLENGE Alergăm pentru brânză și colibe!

Burduf Challenge is a mountain running race held in Râu Sadului, Sibiu, on July 18, 2026. The event includes three courses on picturesque subalpine trails, with significant elevation changes, suitable for both adults and children and teenagers. Participation supports the Țara Colibelor project through a donation included in the registration fee, and after the race, runners are invited to a brunch with local products. The event promotes ecotourism and the conservation of the mountain cultural heritage of the Cindrel and Lotrului Mountains.

Number pickup is between 06:30 and 07:30, the technical meeting is at 07:45, and the start for adults is at 09:00, while for children it is at 11:00. Hydration stations are located every 5 km along the route. Parking is available at the school in the village center and in the Beberani area, approximately 100 meters from the start.
