Cluj Running Festival

Cluj Running Festival is an international road running event held in the heart of Cluj, bringing together elite athletes and thousands of amateur runners and children. The festival combines performance sport with the joy of movement and the city's energy, offering a flat and fast course, ideal for all running levels. The event includes races dedicated to children, open races of 5 km and 10 km, as well as an elite race with top international athletes. Cluj-Napoca, a young and active city, provides the perfect setting for this celebration of running.

Children's races take place on Saturday, June 27, while adult and elite races are on Sunday, June 28. Children's distances: 800 m (6-9 years), 1200 m (10-13 years), 3000 m (13-15 years). Amateur races: 5 km (minimum 14 years), 10 km (minimum 16 years). The event is organized by the team behind Brașov Running Festival. All children participants receive medals and surprises. Includes children's races, open categories, and an international elite competition with a World Athletics label; the event takes place in Cluj-Napoca and promotes urban running.
