TRANSYLVANIA 100K

Transylvania 100 is a mountain ultramarathon event taking place in the wilderness of the Bucegi Mountains, crossing high-altitude routes. The event includes five different races, from a half marathon to a 100 km ultramarathon, all starting and ending near Bran Castle, known as Dracula's Castle. The routes offer a combination of narrow trails, ancient forests, mountain plateaus, and exposed ridges, providing a unique experience for mountain enthusiasts. Races are open to solo competitors, with category prizes and special souvenirs for those who finish within the time limits.

To register, prior mountain trail experience is required, with different requirements depending on the distance. After May 1, 2026, SportHG technical T-shirts will be replaced with neck gaiters. Places are limited, and registrations are confirmed after online payment and verification of previous experience. The event also includes other mountain races, such as skyrace and half marathon, and offers prizes and mementos for finishers.
