Race description
Zăvoi Trail Comana is a sporting event for trail running and mountain biking enthusiasts, held in the heart of Comana Natural Park, a protected area with impressive biodiversity. The event takes place on September 12–13, 2026, and is organized by the Plogging for Romania Association, which promotes sport and environmental protection through plogging activities. The routes offer an authentic nature-exploration experience, combining a sporting challenge with awareness of the importance of protecting the local ecosystem. Participants can choose between mountain bike and trail running races, each featuring spectacular and accessible routes.

Additional information
The event takes place over two days: Saturday, September 12, for the mountain bike races, and Sunday, September 13, for the trail running races. The start and finish are near Casa Comana. Participants also take part in plogging activities to clean up the routes. Payment is by card only at registration. Routes are 100% off-road and include forest trails, forest roads, wetlands, reed beds, technical single tracks, and the Măgura Gorgana archaeological site. Event dates: September 12–13, 2026.
