Eco Trail Ultra

Cluj EcoTrail Ultramarathon is a mountain running event celebrating Romania on National Day, held in Cluj-Napoca. In its 9th edition in 2026, the race offers various routes, including the 50 km ultramarathon, team races, half marathon, cross country, and children's races. Participants can support one of Romania's nine historical regions, enjoying scenic landscapes and a friendly atmosphere. The main 50 km route passes through natural and urban areas, with well-organized hydration and feeding points. The event also includes live streaming, modern facilities, and prizes for winners.

The runner's kit includes a race number with a timing chip, access to the LiveTrail app for GPS tracking and real-time rankings, finisher medal, access to hydration and feeding points with sweet and salty products, still and mineral water, isotonic drinks, supplements, and fruits. There is a refund guarantee if announced by November 9, 2026. Time limits are 9 hours for Ultra 50k, 5 hours for Half 25k, 3 hours for Cross 15k, and 1 hour 30 minutes for Mini EcoTrail 7k. The event also features children's races Play&Run and an awards ceremony at 15:00.
