ISTRITA XSCAPE

IstritaXscape is a mountain running event organized by the Legendary Sports Sports Club Association, taking place on the hills, trails, and forest roads around Istrița Hill and the Sărata-Monteoru resort. The routes offer a unique experience, crossing natural and historic landscapes with traces of the Dacians, Romans, and prehistoric life. The event is for both amateur and professional runners, promoting outdoor activity and a passion for mountain running. Participants can choose from three different races, each with its own challenges and attractions.

The race pack includes a race bib, a medal for participants who finish within the specified time, refreshment points and support along the route, isotonic drinks at the start/finish and along the route, race results and an electronic certificate, and filming and audio/video editing. The Half Marathon and Marathon routes are for participants over 18, while Fun Run is also open to children aged 8 to 17, who must be accompanied by a parent registered for the same race. Routes of 3 km, 7.5 km, 12.5 km, and 20 km; a mountain running event in nature; the 2026 event is scheduled for November 7.
