Maratonul Târnavei

The Tarnava Marathon is a trail running event organized by the Tarnaveni Cycling Association in collaboration with Ruck Ventilatoare, held in the municipality of Târnaveni, Mureș County. Now in its 10th edition, the marathon promotes a healthy lifestyle and outdoor running, aiming to increase ecological awareness and highlight the benefits of outdoor sports. The start and finish are located within the Ruck Ventilatoare company premises, and the competition includes several trail running routes suitable for all ages and levels. The event brings together a community of passionate runners and environmental respect.

Kit pickup is available the day before and on the day of the race at the Ruck Ventilatoare factory. There is a warm-up led by a fitness instructor before the start. Races for children are organized by age categories. After the competition, a Gulaș Party, concert, and awards ceremony take place. Participants can choose between routes of 21 km, 10 km, 4 km, and children's races, with activities such as kit pickup, races, and award ceremonies.
