TRAILRUN IN TARA NASAUDULUI

Trail Run in Țara Năsăudului is a nature running event designed for all age groups and experience levels, held around Casuțele din Plai, Valea Caselor, Năsăud. The event offers three different races: a 2 km route for children and families, an intermediate 5 km route with short climbs and forest trails, and a 10 km route dedicated to runners seeking an authentic trail running challenge. Participants enjoy a supportive atmosphere, socializing, and fair play, with hydration points along the routes and a Starter Kit included for the 5 km and 10 km races.

Start and finish of each route are at Casuțele din Plai, Valea Caselor, Năsăud. Car access to the start is prohibited; organizers provide minibuses from the parking lot at the Năsăud city chapel (meeting point and parking). The routes are available on Strava, with the option to download GPX files for smartwatch or phone. The Starter Kit includes the official T-shirt and medal for the 10K, medal for the 5K, and diploma for the 2K. The 1st place in the 10K Challenge also receives 2 nights of accommodation at Casuțele din Plai. The event features routes suitable for all ages and levels, emphasizing nature, community, and fair play, with the start in Valea Caselor, Năsăud.
